Payment Policy:
• 30% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 48 hours prior to trip start.

Cancellation Policy:
• Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to activity departure.
• 3 – 2 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.

Good to Know
- A count of hours/kilometres will be calculated from start-end point.
- Monument entry fees are not a part of the package.
- The above rates are not applicable mainly during Summer Vacations i.e. from 15th April to 15th July, Long Weekend, Diwali and New Year i.e. from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Customers are liable to pay any outstanding amount on the ground directly to the driver in the form of cash.
- Avoid eating your meals or snacks inside the car, it is strictly prohibited.
- The driver will not be the guide for the tour.
- The driver and cab details will be shared with you 2 to 4 hours prior to the tour start time.
- The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or specified pick up point. Please enter the full pick up address at the booking form.
- For the sightseeing with guide variant, one seat has to be occupied by the guide in the vehicle .
- Avoid starting late for this tour to avoid the closure of some of the monuments.
- Please note that some of the inclusions might miss out due to the traffic constraints, no refund shall be liable for the same .
- Coordinate with the driver before the trip starts for no hassles.
- The sequence of the monuments can be decided after pick-up (depending upon traffic).
- The driver will know the local language, English speaking driver can be requested for during the booking in “Additional Request” section, though the same cannot be promised.
- Pick up and drop off has to be in the same location (If different, Additional charges will be charged accordingly).
- The guests may choose to skip or add a new place to the itinerary.
- Hatchback (4-seater) models provided are Tata Indica or Toyota Etios Liva or Suzuki WagonR or similar.
- Sedan (4-seater) models provided are Suzuki Swift Dzire or Toyota Etios or Hyundai Xcent or similar.
- SUV (6-seater) models provided are Toyota Innova or Mahindra Marrazo or Suzuki Ertiga or similar.
- Van (10-seater, 12-seater, 15-seater) models provided are Tempo Traveller or similar.
- Night charges (Hatchback Rs.200/-, Sedan Rs.250/-, SUV Rs.300/-, Tempo Rs.500/-) is applicable, if the cab service is used between (10 pm to 6 am).

Sightseeing Program

The standard time to start the tour is 08:00 AM and ends at 08:00 PM (approximately). However, you can select your own time. Vehicle is for 12 Hours fair user policy and the suggested tour itinerary includes under mention places:

1. Mansa Devi Temple
In the holy city of Haridwar in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, there is a Hindu temple called the Mansa Devi Temple. The Sivalik Hills, the southernmost peak range of the Himalayas, contain the Bilwa Parvat, where the temple is situated.

2. Chandi Devi Temple
In the holy city of Haridwar in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, there is a Hindu temple called Chandi Devi Temple. The Sivalik Hills, the southernmost mountain range of the Himalayas, have the temple perched atop the Neel Parvat on its eastern summit.

3. Lakshman Jhula
It is five kilometres to the northeast of Rishikesh, the capital of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The Tapovan and Jonk villages are linked by the bridge. On the west side of the river, Tapovan is located in the Tehri Garhwal district, whilst Jonk is located on the east bank in the Pauri Garhwal region. A motorbike and pedestrian bridge is called Lakshman Jhula. On the outskirts of the city, it is situated. It is a famous sight in Rishikesh. Ram Jhula is a larger bridge located 2 kilometres downstream of Lakshman Jhula.

4. Ram Jhula
In the Indian state of Uttarakhand, 3 kilometres to the northeast of Rishikesh, sits the Ram Jhula, an iron suspension bridge that spans the Ganges.

5. Lakshman Temple
A well-known historic temple called Lakshman Temple is situated in Rishikesh beside the Ganges River. Lakshman Temple, well-known for its historical sculptures and wall paintings, is thought to be the location where Lord Lakshman, Lord Ram's younger brother, meditated to achieve enlightenment. Many people think that Lord Ram and Lakshman built the jute bridge known as the Lakshman Jhula here.

6. Tera Manzil Temple or Trimbakeshwar Temple
The most notable religious structure in Rishikesh is the thirteen-story Tera Manzil Temple, also known as Trimbakeshwar Temple. The Trimbakeshwar Temple contains idols of all Hindu gods and goddesses, unlike another temple that is dedicated to a particular deity. In the 12th century, Adi Guru Shankaracharya established the shrine. The most fortunate times to visit the Trimbakeshwar Temple are during the Mahashivratri festival and Sawan month. When viewed from above, the Ganges River's green water appears peaceful and is visible from the temple's top floor.

7. Parmarth Niketan Ashram
Along the banks of the Ganges, under the shadow of the beautiful Himalayas, is where you'll find Parmarth Niketan. In 1942, Pujya Swami Shukdevanandji Maharaj founded the ashram (1901–1965). Since 1986, Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji Maharaj has served as the organization's president and spiritual leader. Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati has been residing and teaching at the Parmarth Niketan Ashram for the past 25 years.

8. Triveni Ghat
A ghat called Triveni Ghat is located in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. On the banks of the Ganges, it is the largest and most well-known ghat in Rishikesh. Devotees continue to fill Triveni Ghat with crowds as they take ritual baths to atone for their sins.
