Cab Booking, Modification, Cancellation and Payment Policy

Booking Policy:

  1. No booking is allowed prior to 90 days of the trip start date. Likewise, you can book only a minimum of 4 hours before the trip start time.
  2. Booking can be done through our website at www.SaiDayTours.com or call at +91 9810806872
  3. To get online confirmed bookings, you will need to pay a minimum 25% advance amount. The advance amount will be calculated based on the estimated total cost. The amount will be adjusted when the final amount is paid at the end of the trip.
  4. In certain or specific cases, customersare allowed to generate an online request without paying advance. In such cases however, we will get in touch with the customer to confirm the booking.
  5. We allot a car at least 3 hours before the trip for every confirmed booking. Once the allotment is done, we send an email and/or SMS confirmation to the customer with the car and driver details.
  6. You, the customer, are advised to carry a printout of the booking voucher or the booking confirmations SMS for identification purposes.

Modification Policy:

  1. You are allowed to modify(prepone or postpone) the start and/or end date for a booking without any fee. Any modification however will be subject to the availability of the vehicle. More so, you must communicate to us the modification request at the earliest.
  2. You must communicate to us any modification requests for consideration. Once we receive the request, we may either call you or send SMS or email to confirm the request.
  3. Modifications are allowed even after trip started but such requests must be sent to the company at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. All the cancellation requests will take place online or you can email us all your cancellation requests at info@saidaytours.com or saidaytours@gmail.com.
  2. No penalty is charged and full advance is refunded in case the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. In such cases however, the standard processing charges will be applicable.
  3. In case the booking is cancelled between 0 to 24 hours before the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
    For a Multi-Day Trip
    For such a trip: 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty.
    For a Single Day Trip
    For such a trip: No refund will be issued to the customer.
    For an Airport Transfer
    No cancellation charges will be levied if the booking is cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the pickup time.
    If you didn't turn up to pick-up point
    In such case: No refund will be made.
  4. In case the cancellation is done from SaiDayTours end due to unavoidable reasons, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  5. After the cancellation, the refunds will take 10 days to get processed and get transferred to the customer's account.
  6. You must note that not and never will we entertain cash refunds.

Payment Policy:

  1. Upon the completion of the trip, the customers are required to make the final payment to the taxi driver/operator itself. The final payment amount will include the total cost + service tax minus the advance (if any). Only cash payment must be done as the final amount. No card payment or cheques should be used for the final payment.
  2. In case the final amount is less than the advance booking deposit, we will the refund the excess amount back to the customer not before confirming about the same with the driver or operator.
  3. In case of any break-down or accident of the vehicle, we will arrange an alternative vehicle, and if could not, then will refund the advance in case where booking is cancelled.
  4. In case of the driver's no-show or in case the driver did not turn up for a scheduled departure, we will then arrange a replacement on the immediate basis with a similar cases. If we however could not arrange a replacement, a full refund will be done of the advance payment.

Day Tour Booking, Modification, Cancellation and Payment Policy

Booking Policy:

  1. You can book a day tour a maximum of 90 days before the trip start date. Similarly, a day tour can be book till a minimum of 24 hours before the trip start time.
  2. Any day tour booking can be done through our website at www.SaiDayTours.com or call at +91 9810806872
  3. To book online or get online confirmed bookings, customers need to pay a 25% advance amount. The advance will be calculated on the estimated total cost of the tour and it will be adjusted with the final payment at the end of the tour.
  4. Only in specific cases, customers can generate or get an online booking request without making any advance payment. In that case, we will get in touch with the customer to confirm the booking.
  5. We allot a car for at least 3 hours before the trip for every confirmed booking. After all the allotment, we will send an SMS or an email confirmation with the car and driver details.
  6. You are advised to carry a printout of the booking confirmations SMS or booking voucher for identification purposes.

Modification Policy:

  1. Customers are allowed to modify the start or end date (prepone or postpone) for a booking without paying any fee. Such modifications are subject to availability of the vehicle, and customers are advised to communicate us at the earliest about the same.
  2. You must send to us or inform about any modification requests and only then will we confirm the same via an SMS or email or call.
  3. Customers are allowed modifications even after the trip started but in such cases, you must have to inform us about the same

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customers are advised to send all the cancellation requests online or email us at info@saidaytours.com or saidaytours@gmail.com.
  2. No penalty is charged and full advance is refunded in case the booking is cancelled 24 prior to the pick-up time. In such cases however, standard processing charges will be applicable.
  3. No refund is made in case the booking is cancelled between 0 to 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.
  4. It will take a period of 10 working days for all refunds to process and get transferred to the customer's account.
  5. We never entertain or do cash refunds.

Payment Policy:

  1. Once the trip is complete, customers have to make the final payment to the taxi operator/driver itself. The final payment amount will include the total cost + service tax minus the advance payment (if any). No cards (debit or credit) or cheques are accepted for payment and customers have to make only cash payment to the driver.

Holiday Package Booking, Modification, Cancellation and Payment Policy

Booking Policy:

  1. You can book a holiday tour package a maximum of 180 days before the trip start date. Similarly, a holiday tour package can be book till a minimum of 15 days before the trip start time.
  2. Any holiday tour package booking can be done through our website at www.SaiDayTours.com or call at +91 9810806872
  3. To book online or get online confirmed bookings, customers need to pay a 50% advance amount. The rest amount have to be paid either 15 days prior to the trip start date or upon arrival (only in specific cases). The advance will be calculated on the estimated total cost of the holiday tour package and it will be adjusted with the final payment at the start of the tour.
  4. Only in specific cases, customers can generate or get an online booking request/confirmation without making any advance payment. In that case, we will get in touch with the customer to confirm the booking.
  5. You are advised to carry a printout of the booking confirmations SMS or booking voucher for identification purposes.

Modification Policy:

  1. Customers are allowed to modify the start or end date (prepone or postpone) for a booking by only paying the same charges that the hotel or vehicle may charge for the modification/s. More so, such modifications are subject to availability of the hotel and vehicle. Customers are advised to communicate us at the earliest about the same.

    Note: All the cancellations/modifications charges will be in accordance to the rules followed by the concerned hotel or vehicle for the tour package.
  2. Customers are allowed modifications even after the trip started but in such cases, you must have to inform us about the same.
  3. You must send to us or inform about any modification requests and only then will we confirm the same via an SMS or email or call.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customers are advised to send all the cancellation requests online or email us at info@saidaytours.com or saidaytours@gmail.com.
  2. Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
  3. Cancellation received 07 - 15 Days in advance from the date of operation, 50 % of the whole tour will be the charged as cancellation fee.
  4. Last minute cancellation (less than 7 days)/ NO SHOW - Full Retention to be charged.
  5. In regard to Airfare please note there will be a cancellation charge of USD 50 per person for any last minute cancellations. This policy is subject to change by the airlines without any prior notice. This cancellation policy may change in the near future. You are requested to please make a note of same accordingly.
  6. We never entertain or do cash refunds.

    Note: The above cancellation policies are based on the new rules and regulations of hotels/ airlines and we have no say in it and it is applicable for all operators.
