Inclusions
- Accommodation included: 05 Nights based on double / twin sharing basis.
- Accommodation in standard category of rooms at all hotels or camps.

- Welcome in Ladakhi style tea in Hotel.
- Fuel, Toll Tax, Driver’s Allowance and Parking Charges.
- Assistance to all arrival and departure points by a company representative/driver.
- All Transfers, Sightseeing & Excursion Tour by Air Conditioned Private Car. Point-to-Point basis, not at disposal.
- All kinds of transport and luxury Taxes.
Exclusions
- 5% GST will be extra on total package cost.
- Personal insurance coverage.

- Any Air & Train Fare.
- Entrances to Monuments.
- Any new tax imposed by the government.
- Rafting charges.
- Camel ride, ATV ride.
- Heater charges.
- Any extra meals by you, optional tours other than this package and personal expenses.
- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities.
- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.
- The above rates are based on presently prevailing taxes and entrances to the monuments. If there is any change, prices will also change accordingly.

| Day 01 | Pick-up from Leh | You will be greeted by our representative upon arrival at Leh airport, and moved to the hotel. Lunch at Hotel. To acclimatize with the high altitude in Leh (Ladakh) which is 3500 Mtrs above sea level, full day for rest. Leave on foot in the evening for leh bazaar. Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 02 | Leh Local Sightseeing | Half-day morning tour by Jeep to Spituk and Phyang Monastery. Send back to hotel at lunch time. Afternoon tour of Leh Palace, Leh Mosque, Leh Gompa, and Leh Bazar by foot. Return back to hotel in the evening. Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 03 | Leh/Pangong Lake Day Trip | Leave at 5 am early in the morning to pass 5486 Mtrs via Chang-la Pass to Pangong Lake. When Chang-la ascends, they cross 5486 Mtrs. Enjoy the panoramic view of the villages beneath the bridge. The yak's summer pastureland, after reaching the pass halt for picnic lunch at Tsoltak. Arrive Durbuk, and a short drive from there takes you to the lake's west shore. Enjoy the countryside in the Lake's back drop. This famous Pangong Blue Brackish Lake is 5/6 km wide and over 144 km long, with half running the other side of the "INDO CHINA BORDER." One never feels so connected to nature and climate and unforgettable is the scenery. Drive back to Leh late into the afternoon. Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 04 | Leh - Nubra | After breakfast drive today around 04- 05 hrs [125 kms] to Nubra – known as the Followers Valley. We can hit after driving around 02 hrs – the highest motor-powered road in the world called Khardung-la Pass high around 18,380 feet above sea level. From the top we can see the most magnificent view of Indus Valley & its snow covered peaks soaring the sky and other side of the pass if weather stays clear we can see Karakorum mountain range and peaks too. We walk down to the beautiful valley and move to the home. Rest till evening, we'll take you on a short drive to Hundar Sand Dunes to visit & ride double humped bacterium camel, later back to overnight stay accommodation. We will have a village walk to see local people & their customs if time permits. Overnight at Hotel/Camp. |
| Day 05 | Nubra - Leh | We should visit the most picturesque Diskit Monastery on the top of the hill in the morning after breakfast. Continue driving later on to the other side of the Nubra valley – the main part of the silk route. Our drive back to Leh will continue through Khardong-la Pass. Reach Leh & transfer overnight stay to Hotel. |
