Exclusions
- 5% GST will be extra on total package cost.
- Personal insurance coverage.

- Entrances to Monuments.
- Any new tax imposed by the government.
- Rafting charges.
- Camel ride, ATV ride.
- Heater charges.
- Any extra meals by you, optional tours other than this package and personal expenses.
- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities.
- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.
- The above rates are based on presently prevailing taxes and entrances to the monuments. If there is any change, prices will also change accordingly.

| Day 01 | Pick-up from Leh | You will be greeted by our representative upon arrival at Leh airport, and moved to the hotel. Lunch at Hotel. To acclimatize with the high altitude in Leh (Ladakh) which is 3500 Mtrs above sea level, full day for rest. Leave on foot in the evening for leh bazaar. Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 02 | Leh Local Sightseeing | Half-day morning tour by Jeep to Spituk and Phyang Monastery. Send back to hotel at lunch time. Afternoon tour of Kings Palace, Leh Mosque, Leh Gompa, and Leh Bazar by foot. Return back to hotel in the evening. Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 03 | Leh/Pangong Lake Day Trip | Leave early in the morning at 5 AM to pass 5486 Mtrs to Pangong Lake through Changla. When Changla ascends, they cross 5486 Mtrs. Enjoy the panoramic view of the villages beneath the bridge. The yaks' summer pastureland, after reaching the pass halt for picnic lunch at Tsoltak. Arrive Durbuk, and a short drive from there takes you to the lake's west shore. Enjoy the countryside in the Lake's back drop. This famous Pangong Blue Brackish Lake is 5/6 km wide and over 144 km long, with half running the other side of the "INDO CHINA BORDER." One never feels so connected to nature and climate and unforgettable is the scenery. Drive back to Leh late into the afternoon. Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 04 | Leh/Nubra | After breakfast drive today around 05- 06 hrs [125 kms] to Nubra – known as the Followers Valley. We can hit after driving around 02 hrs – the highest motor-powered road in the world called Khardongla high around 18,380 feet above sea level. From the top we can see the most magnificent view of Indus Valley & its snow covered peaks soaring the sky and other side of the pass if weather stays clear we can see Karakorum mountain range and peaks too. We walk down to the beautiful valley and move to the home. Rest till evening, we'll take you to Hunder sand dunes for a quick drive to visit & ride double humped bacterium camel, later back to overnight accommodation. We will have a village walk to see local people & their customs if time permits. |
| Day 05 | Nubra/Leh | We should visit the most picturesque Disket Monastery on the top of the hill in the morning after breakfast. Continue driving later on to the other side of the Nubra valley – the main part of the silk route. Our drive back to Leh will continue through Khardongla. Reach Leh & transfer overnight stay to Hotel. |
| Day 06 | Leh/Tsomoriri | After breakfast at the hotel, leave for the beautiful Tsomoriri lake, which is about 240 km from leh, but we will not cross any pass today so the path is straight. So that's going to take about 6-7 hours. On one side of the lake is Korzok village. It is suggested to take a leisure walk along the lake side. As it gives you inner peace if you go north-east for an hour or half you can see Nomad's and communicate with them. Near Lake is home to migratory birds including Black neck in the summertime. |
| Day 07 | Tsomoriri/Leh | After breakfast retrace the route till Puga Sumdo and then follow the left side road through the Puga Valley with its sulphur Springs, at the end of which the Polokongka Pass (4920 mtrs) ascends. We then proceed to Tso-Kar, a small salt producing lake system located in the Rupshu area, after descending from the pass. After sightseeing and lunch at the lake side, take the Manali-Leh road back to Leh via the Taglang-la pass, the world's 2nd highest motorized route. Late afternoon / evening Reach Leh. Overnight at the hotel in LEH. |
| Day 08 | Drop Leh Airport | Transfer to airport after breakfast to catch your destination flight with plenty of sweet memories. |
