- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 30% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.

- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.

- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.

| Day 03 | Bodhgaya - Gaya - Varanasi (300 Kms 7 Hrs) | After Breakfast transfer to Gaya (12 Kms).Visit Vishnu Temples, Phalguna River and drive to Varanasi. In late afternoon proceed for city tour to visit some temples on the Ghats, followed by the the Kashi Vishwanath Temple - one of the famous Hindu temple and is dedicated to Lord Shiva, where at least once in life a Hindu is expected to do pilgrimage, and if possible also pour the remains (ashes) of cremated ancestors here on the river Ganges. | Day 04 | Varanasi - Ayodhya (250 Kms 5 Hrs) | After breakfast, we proceed to full day sightseeing of Ayodhya city. Ayodhya - a very holy city and is an important pilgrimage site. Lord Rama was born and had many of his pastimes here. It is said to have once had a perimeter of 96 miles and was the capital of Koshala. It is on the banks of the Gogra (Ghaghara or Saryu) River, bathing in which is supposed to destroy even the sin of killing a Brahmin. On the right bank of the river Ghagra or Saryu, as it is called within sacred precincts, stands the holy city of Ayodhya, believed to be the birth place of lord Rama, the seventh incarnation of lord Vishnu. Ayodhya during ancient times was known as Kosaldesa. The Atharvaveda describes it as "a city built by gods and being as prosperous as paradise itself". The illustrious Ikshvaku of the solar clan (suryavamsa) was the ruling dynasty of this region. Ayodhya is pre-eminently a city of temples yet, all the places of worship here are not only of Hindu religion. At Ayodhya several religions have grown and prospered simultaneously and also at different periods of time in the past. Remnants of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Islam can still be found in Ayodhya. | Day 05 | Ayodhya - Allahabad (200 Kms 4 Hrs) | After breakfast, we drive to Allahabad. Check-in to Hotel have lunch and then proceed to see the Sangam (Meeting point) of the three rivers - Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. Sangam - overlooked by the eastern ramparts of the fort, wide flood plains and muddy banks protrude towards the sacred Sangam. At the point at which the brown Ganges meets the Greenish Yamuna, pandas (priests) perch on small platforms to perform puja and assist the devout in their ritual ablutions in the shallow waters. Beaches and ghats are littered with the shorn hair of pilgrims who come to offer pind for their deceased parents. | Day 06 | Allahabad – Vindhyachal (100 KM 2hrs) - Varanasi (80 KM 1.5 hrs) - drop to railway station | After an early breakfast, we proceed for Vindhyachal- is one of the sakthi peetam and goddess if known as Vindhyavasini. Sathi devi's left Leg thumb fell here and it is considered as one of the sakthi peetam. Goddess Durga after having killed demon Mahishasura etablished herself here After that, we visit Sitakund and Ashtabuja.
